This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfil our luxurious needs. the spa center is excellent, with a sauna, swimming pool, and full-body massage. the breakfast has a broad choice of tasty options, and the sun loungers on the terrace provide breathtaking views.
The only minor issue was that we had to wait a bit for the packed lunches we ordered. the staff was apologetic and made up for it by giving us extra food and drinks.

We spent our Christmas at a lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide range of options to choose from including hot items. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, walking distance to popular shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby which provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
That the parking was limited and we had to park our car a few blocks away from the hotel. the heating in the room was not as effective as we had hoped, as it was quite chilly during our stay.

Really enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. the deluxe apartment we stayed in was spacious and well equipped, with beautiful views all around. One of the main advantages was the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of food and there was always something new to try.
There were no family facilities such as baby baths, high chairs, or cots available. our apartment lacked hangers and a wardrobe, making it difficult to keep our clothes organized.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to many local attractions. We were impressed with the beautiful view from our room and the well-designed interior. the staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
The ventilation in our room was problematic, resulting in a lot of noise and leaking. Though the hotel staff apologized and offered a solution, we found the issue to be quite inconvenient.
